Tapioca
Tapioca is derived from the
cassava plant. It is best consumed as a creamy pudding dessert with little nourishment
mostly in western countries while in some in areas like Africa, Asia and South
America, tapioca is known better for its nutritional benefits and is also
consumed with hot spice.
