Papaya is reputably called the "Fruit of the angels" by Christopher Columbus. It is also referred as the "Power fruit for Women". It is deliciously sweet with musky undertones and a soft, butter-like consistency. Irrespective of the climatic changes,they can be found in markets throughout the year. Papaya can be eaten as a fruit, a smoothie or even a milkshake.
